Cancelling a booking

If you need to cancel or rearrange a booked visit, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to accommodate a change without charge where we can.

Notice period

Our right to cancel

We may need to cancel or reschedule if we cannot safely carry out the work, if parts are unavailable, or for reasons beyond our control. We'll contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative arrangement.

Cooling-off period

Refunds
